Head of the Banjarmasin Sub-KPP Mulyono was caught in the KPK OTT.

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed three people who were caught in a hand-in-hand operation (OTT) in South Kalimantan today. One of them is the Head of the Banjarmasin Deputy KPP Mulyono.

"The KPK has secured a number of three people, one of whom is the Head of the Banjarmasin Deputy KPP," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters at the KPK Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Wednesday, February 4.

Apart from Mulyono, Budi said there was one more ASN and private. "Currently on his way to Jakarta," he said.

As for the information collected, the ASN was an employee at the Banjarmasin Sub-KPP and a private from the palm oil plantation.

In addition to securing three people, the team in the field also found evidence from the silent operation in the form of money. "The amount is around Rp. 1 billion more," said Budi.

The money was allegedly related to the return of value added tax (VAT), said Budi.

"It was submitted by the private sector in the Banjarmasin Sub-KPP for a restitution value of tens of billions of rupiah," he added.

After the OTT is carried out, the anti-corruption commission team has 1x24 hours to conduct an examination. The announcement of the suspect will be conveyed through a press conference followed by detention.
