Ha Jung Woo Confirms Having a Boyfriend, Denies Getting Married This Year

JAKARTA - Actor Ha Jung Woo responded to news that he would marry his girlfriend this year. He is said to be dating a non-celebrity and the wedding will be held in July this year.

Wednesday, February 4, Ha Jung Woo's father, actor Kim Yong Gun, responded to the interview and said, "They got married because they care about each other. Thank you for your words."

In addition, a wedding venue leaked, "Ha Jung Woo's party visited several places in Seoul. He paid attention to every detail such as guest capacity, event, and security."

Ha Jung Woo's side then responded that the actor did have a lover and they were dating.

Quoting Sports Chosun, Ha Jung Woo admitted that he was surprised by the news of his marriage because he did not know about the issue.

"If I want to get married, I think it will happen in the summer," Ha Jung Woo said.

"The comment about the July wedding seems to be something my father talked about. I once said I wanted to marry my lover during the summer but nothing could be decided," he explained.

This news circulated at the same time as Ha Jung Woo who was confirmed to star in the latest drama, Mad Concrete Dreams with actress Im Soo Jung. Production is underway for the drama which will air in March.
