DKI Jakarta - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has recorded that there are still obligations to hand over social facilities and public facilities (fasos-fasum) covering an area of 867.8 hectares from developers that have not been completed.

This was conveyed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Inspector Dhany Sukma during the signing of 26 Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST) for the fulfillment of social facilities (fasos) and public facilities (fasum) obligations from developers to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

Dhany explained, based on the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's 2024 financial statements which have been audited by the Financial Audit Agency (BPK), the total obligation to hand over fasos-fasum from developers holding SIPPT, IPPT, and IPPR reaches 26,923,090 square meters.

"Of this amount, 18,244,850 square meters have been handed over to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, so there is still a remaining obligation that has not been handed over to an area of 8,678,240 square meters, or 32.23 percent," said Dhany at the DKI Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday, February 4.

Dhany added that throughout 2023 to Semester I 2025, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has received the handover of fasos-fasum obligations of 187 Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST) with a value of Rp. 41.1 trillion.

Efforts to collect the obligation of fasos-fasum are still continuing in Semester II 2025. In this period, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government managed to collect an obligation of IDR 1.36 trillion from developers.

"Furthermore, in Semester II of 2025, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government managed to collect the obligation of fasos-fasum worth Rp. 1.36 trillion," said Dhany.

The value consists of the handover of land with an area of 100,592 square meters worth Rp1.29 trillion, the handover of construction with an area of 22,181.54 square meters worth Rp42.8 billion, and the conversion of RSMS worth Rp30.69 billion.

Thus, the total obligation of fasos-fasum that has been handed over to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government throughout 2023 to 2025 reaches 213 BAST with an overall value of Rp. 42,537 trillion.

Responding to this, the Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung admitted that there were still obligations that developers had not submitted. He emphasized that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government would follow up on developers who had not fulfilled their obligations.

"I have asked that if they have not submitted it immediately to be written, reminded, and if they do not want to be written and reminded, of course, it will be processed like that," said Pramono.

Pramono emphasized that the collection of obligations of fasos-fasum is part of the transparency and authority of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in managing regional assets.

"This is part of transparency and this is the authority owned by the DKI Jakarta Government and also together with the existing developers," he concluded.
