Prilly Latuconsina Responds to Criticism about Open to Work

JAKARTA - Actress Prilly Latuconsina finally spoke up and made an open apology. He made this clarification after his upload using the "Open to Work" feature on the LinkedIn platform triggered various reactions and emotions from the public.

On this occasion, Prilly started her video by admitting that she understood the feelings of anger and disappointment felt by some people.

"I also understand why some of you feel angry, disappointed, or uncomfortable," he said, quoted by VOI from @prillylatuconsina96's Instagram, Wednesday, February 4.

He also sincerely apologized.

"First of all, I sincerely apologize if what happened has caused discomfort or misunderstanding," said Prilly.

Prilly emphasized that she never intended to be insensitive. She is well aware that her position as an established public figure is very different from many people who are struggling to find a job.

"I am aware that my position and my life experience are not the same as everyone else, and I understand why this can hurt some people," he admitted.

He hopes that with this clarification, the misunderstanding that has occurred can be straightened out.

"This is absolutely not something I want to create," he said.
