JAKARTA - The West Java Regional Police has begun to investigate the possibility of violations in the use of land at the Pasirlangu Village landslide site, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency.

Head of Public Relations of West Java Police, Kombes Hendra Rochmawan, said that cross-agency coordination had been carried out since the second day after the disaster at the direction of the West Java Police Chief and the Governor of West Java.

"We have coordinated with various parties, including the agricultural sector and the geology team, because the location is at the foot of the mountain and needs to be studied regarding the boundaries of areas that can and cannot be used," said Hendra in Bandung, Tuesday, February 3.
