Regarding the Criticism of Indonesia's Participation in the Board of Peace by MUI, Mensesneg: Differences of View

JAKARTA - The Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi explained that the rejection of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) with Indonesia's joining the Board of Peace (BoP) established by US President Donald Trump, was not a resistance, but only a difference of opinion.

This was conveyed by Prasetyo Hadi at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Tuesday, February 3.

Prasetyo Hadi also explained that the presence of religious mass organizations leaders and representatives at the State Palace was intended to discuss a number of aspects in development and community life.

Publicly, according to Prasetyo, this meeting is the second meeting held by President Prabowo Subianto.
