Bogor and Depok have the potential to rain earlier, followed by Jakarta in the afternoon.

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that cloudy conditions will dominate the weather in the Jabodetabek area on Tuesday, February 3. This condition will be experienced by the majority of areas in Jakarta, while sunny weather will take place in several points in the South Jakarta area.

Meanwhile, light rain is expected to fall in the afternoon and evening in a number of areas in Jakarta, including three areas in West Jakarta, namely Cengkareng, Kalideres, and Kembangan.

Light rain in the afternoon is also predicted to occur in the Tangerang Regency and City areas. Even until noon, BMKG predicts that the weather in the two areas will be sunny to cloudy.

For the Bogor City area, BMKG estimates that light rain will begin to fall from noon to afternoon. This condition is also expected to occur for some areas of Depok City.

BMKG also predicts that the potential for rain will still fall in the morning in some coastal areas of North Bekasi Regency. Meanwhile, for the Bekasi City area, it is estimated that rain will only fall in the afternoon.

Based on Himawari satellite image monitoring for potential rain until 07.20 WIB, the potential rain will mostly occur in a mild scale with the majority of areas around the northern coast of Jakarta to Bekasi.
