Rocked By Alcohol Until He Is Drunk, Dadang Crocodile Shows His Best: TNI Officers To Police In Garut Invited To Duel Using Machetes
GARUT - How desperate Dadang Buaya (39) and his colleague Hendriawan did. This resident of Pameungpeuk, Garut, West Java caused a stir by challenging an army officer at the Pameungpeuk Koramil Headquarters.
The case began when Dadang, the local village hero, was having an argument with fishermen in Sayang Heulang, Pameungpeuk District, last Friday, May 28.
Threatened with a knife, the fisherman was scared and complained to his younger brother, a TNI officer from Depok who was on leave in Pameungpeuk. The arrival of members of the TNI was not able to abate the conflict.
In fact, members of the Pameungpeuk Sector Police who were at the location also received violence from Dadang when they intervened. Luckily Dadang's thuggery was successfully disbanded.
Unfortunately, Dadang didn't accept it. Together with his colleagues, Dadang went to the Koramil Headquarters to look for members of the TNI who had previously clashed while carrying sharp weapons.
It didn't take long for Dadang and his colleagues to be chased away by TNI officers at the location. Not only sharp weapons, from Dadang's hands, the officers also secured liquor.
Dadang is still angry. He then went to the Pameungpeuk Police Station and made a fuss with members of the police station.
Garut Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Adi Benny Cahyono said, after acting at the Sector Police, Dadang was immediately secured by officers. He was charged with the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 in conjunction with Article 170 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 351 of the Criminal Code regarding acts of collective violence and persecution.
"The maximum punishment is 10 years in prison," explained the Police Chief, quoted by Antara, Monday, May 31. "For the article, there is an emergency article, for the evidence we confiscated two machetes, a samurai, an iron rod and alcohol," added the Police Chief.
The police chief said that his staff were still investigating the thugs, who were still in a drunken state.
"Until now, the suspect is still in a state of intoxication," he said.
