Following Mahendra Siregar and Inarno Djajadi, Mirza Adityaswara Also Resigned from OJK
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Mirza Adityaswara has resigned from his position.
This was stated in an OJK press release, Friday, January 30 evening.
The resignation has been officially submitted in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations and will be further processed in accordance with the mechanisms set forth in Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning Financial Services Authority as strengthened by Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning Strengthening and Development of the Financial Sector (UU P2SK).
OJK emphasized that this resignation process does not affect the implementation of OJK's duties, functions, and authorities in regulating, supervising, and maintaining the stability of the financial services sector nationally.
In connection with this, the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioners will be carried out temporarily in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations to ensure the continuity of policies, supervision, and services to the public and financial services industry players.
