Awali 2026, PTPP Wins the Attorney General's Office Institutional Building Project
JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) again recorded achievements at the beginning of 2026 by obtaining new projects in the government building sector. The company officially signed a contract for the Design and Construction Project for the Office Building of JAMPIDUM, JAMDATUN, JAMWAS, and BPA for the 2026 Fiscal Year.
The signing of the contract was carried out on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the Main Building of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. The activity was attended by the Head of the Facilities, Infrastructure and Household Section, Afni Carolina, S.H., M.H., Head of the General Bureau M. Teguh Darmawan, S.H., M.H., and Director of Operations for the PTPP Building Yuyus Juarsa.
Through this contract, PTPP is entrusted to carry out the project with a value of IDR 934.36 billion (including VAT) and a period of 360 calendar days. This project further strengthens PTPP's portfolio in the institutional building segment, as well as reflecting the government's confidence in the company's capabilities in handling strategic projects.
The construction of the building is designed to support the institutional transformation of the Attorney General's Office through the provision of modern, integrated, and representative working facilities. The presence of this new infrastructure is expected to increase the effectiveness of coordination between fields, accelerate the work process, and encourage the improvement of public service quality.
In terms of business, this project shows PTPP's consistency in managing government projects with measurable planning and stable revenue prospects. This is in line with the company's strategy in maintaining performance sustainability in the midst of national construction industry dynamics.
PTPP Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo, said that this project is a manifestation of the company's commitment to presenting the best quality of execution on every project that is carried out.
