Police Find Laughing Gas Cylinder in Lula Lahfah Apartment

JAKARTA - In addition to CCTV footage, the police also found a number of evidence in the apartment of the late Lula Lahfah in South Jakarta. One of the evidence found was a pink 'whip cream' tube containing Nitrous Oxide (N2O) gas.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Mohamad Iskandarsyah said all the evidence had been examined through forensic laboratory tests.

"In addition to CCTV evidence, we also found interesting evidence at the crime scene. We have conducted forensic laboratory tests on the evidence," said Iskandarsyah at a press conference, Friday, January 30, 2026.

He revealed that drugs and outpatient letters from the RSPI were also found at the scene. However, the police confirmed that there were no signs of abuse on the victim's body.

Based on the results of the investigation and the findings of evidence, the police concluded that there was no criminal element in the case of Lula Lahfah's death.

"No criminal incident was found and we carried out the termination of the investigation related to the discovery of the body of sister LL," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Biological Serology Sub-Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Kompol Irfan Rofiq, explained that his party received a number of evidence to be examined by the forensic laboratory. The evidence includes one white bed sheet suspected of having blood stains, several pieces of tissue and cotton swabs suspected of having blood, one pink medicine box, and one pink whip tube measuring 2,050 grams.

In addition, Puslabfor also received a blood sample from Lula's father for comparison purposes in the DNA examination.

"Our examination concluded that on the bedspread, tissue, and used cotton there were blood stains. Meanwhile, on the pink whip tube, a DNA profile was found," explained Irfan.

He emphasized that the results of the examination showed that all the blood stains and DNA profiles found were from the late Lula Lahfah.

"The conclusion is that the blood stains on the bedspread, cotton, and tissue, as well as the DNA of the touch on the tube belong to sister LL," he added.

It is known that the celebrity Lula Lahfah was found dead in an apartment in South Jakarta on Friday, January 23, 2026 at around 18.44 WIB. Lula was said to be in a state of illness before being found lifeless.

The discovery of the body began with the concern of the domestic assistant (ART) who did not get a response when knocking on the room door. The apartment security officer then opened the door and found Lula lying on the bed.

The body of Lula Lahfah was buried at the Rawa Terate Public Cemetery (TPU), Cakung, East Jakarta, on Saturday, January 24, 2026.
