Mike Tyson's Crazy Training Portion In Masa Jaya: Running At 5 AM, 2000 Sit Ups

Tyson would eat the same food every day to keep him in the best condition possible. He also wakes up early every morning.
After a three-mile run at 5 a.m., Tyson would go back to bed, shower, and take a nap.
He would then wake up, have breakfast and get into the ring to spar for 10 rounds.
He will have a lunch of steak and pasta plus fruit juice. Then, practice sparring again, doing skipping and speed bags.
Next is Tyson's grueling gym session, which typically consists of between 500 and 800 dips, 2000 sit ups, and 500 press ups. There are also other weight training such as 500 shoulder shrugs.
Tyson is also well known for his neck exercises, which help him increase neck strength so he doesn't pass out while fighting.
This session will be followed by dinner, which consists of the same menu as lunch. Then, he would train on his bike for 30 minutes and then relax by watching TV and going to bed for seven hours before getting up at 5am the next day.

20.00: 30 minutes of cycling, watching TV and sleeping
