JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for the Economy (Coordinating Minister for the Economy) Airlangga Hartarto continues to monitor the decline in the JCI. This was conveyed by Airlangga at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, January 28.

Airlangga also said that he was preparing a meeting with OJK and related authorities. The technical factor of MSCI, according to Airlangga, is one of the triggers for the decline in the JCI. Airlangga also said that the BEI was considered necessary to carry out an evaluation according to MSCI's request.

Airlangga Hartarto also asked investors not to panic and dispel the news that foreign investors were fleeing and the market turmoil that occurred was not related to the Thomas Djiwandono issue.
