BNNP Bali Reveals the Sumatra-Bali Marijuana Network, 1 Kg of Evidence Goods Seized
DENPASAR - The Bali Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) has uncovered two cross-provincial narcotics networks between Sumatra and Bali involving three teenagers.
Acting Head of the Bali Provincial BNN Anti-Corruption and Intelligence Division, Kombes Tri Kuncoro, said the first case was revealed on Friday (16/1) in one of the Kuta area shops by securing the suspect FIR (28 years).
The man from Bogor is a private employee.
Kuncoro revealed that the case began with information from the Bali Regional Customs Office regarding a package from Palembang suspected of containing marijuana with a weight of 502.46 gross grams.
"Based on the suspect's confession, the marijuana was ordered through social media and the plan was to distribute it again in the Kuta Badung area," said Kuncoro, Tuesday, January 27.
The second case was revealed on Saturday (17/1) with the crime scene (TKP) in Sambangan Buleleng Village and Candi Kuning Tabanan Village with suspects SP (25) from Pegayaman and GON (33) from Bogor.
This case was revealed based on intelligence cooperation between the Riau Provincial BNN and the Bali BNN regarding the illegal circulation of narcotics in the Sambangan Buleleng area.
Based on this information, the Bali Provincial BNN Eradication Team managed to secure SP who was carrying a black package containing marijuana type narcotics with a weight of 920.3 grams net.
"The suspect SP admitted that he was ordered by someone with the initials GON to hand over the goods in the Bedugul area," he said.
Based on this information, the team conducted a controlled delivery to GON, which was finally secured at one of the hotels in Candi Kuning Village.
The perpetrators and evidence were secured to the Bali Provincial BNN Office for further investigation and investigation.
