Make a Cop Remove PP Line, Korean WN Deport from Bali 

BADUNG - The Immigration Office of the Special Class I TPI Ngurah Rai, Bali, deported a Foreign Citizen (WNA) from South Korea (South Korea) with the initials CHK (56).

The man who holds a Limited Residence Permit (ITAS) for family reunification was forcibly repatriated after being found to have violated local regulations related to public order in the Badung Regency area, Bali.

"This immigration administrative action is a follow-up to close coordination between Ngurah Rai Immigration and the Badung Regency Satpol PP," said Winarko, Head of the Ngurah Rai Special Class I Immigration Office, in a written statement, Tuesday, January 27.

He explained, based on the results of the examination, the foreign citizen was proven to have violated the Badung Regency Regional Regulation (Perda) number 7, 2016 concerning public order and community tranquility.

This foreigner admitted that he had removed or removed the Satpol PP Badung tape line (Pol PP Line) at several points of land that were in the status of suspension of activities by civil servants (PPNS) investigators, in the South Kuta District area, Badung Regency.

For his actions, he was judged not to respect the laws in force in Indonesia.

"We do not tolerate foreigners who do not obey the rules. This deportation is a real form of law enforcement to maintain order and security in Bali," he added.

The foreign citizen was deported on Monday (26/1) evening through I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport with Jeju Air airline flight route Denpasar - Incheon at 23.05 WITA.

In addition to being deported, the ITAS belonging to CHK which should have been valid until August 2026 has been canceled. This foreigner, also proposed his name to be included in the blacklist.

"Ngurah Rai Immigration will continue to synergize with related agencies to ensure that every foreigner in Bali provides benefits and always obeys the laws in force in Indonesia," he said.
