Wife Reveals Lucky Widja's Health Condition Before Dying

JAKARTA - Element vocalist Lucky Widjatmoko or Lucky Widja, died after undergoing treatment at a hospital on Sunday, January 25.

The late's wife, Aleima Sharuna, revealed that her husband was not in good enough condition in the last few days, until he finally breathed his last at the hospital.

"For a few days it was not good, then in the morning to the emergency room, immediately entered the ICU, then in the evening he left (died)," Sharuna told the media after the funeral procession at the Jeruk Purut TPU, South Jakarta, Monday, January 26.

Sharuna also confirmed that Lucky suffered from kidney tuberculosis (TB), which made him have to go back and forth to the hospital for blood transfusions in the past year.

"True, he had kidney TB. So TB, but it damages the kidneys, not the lungs," said Sharuna.

"Because the kidneys are damaged, they have to have blood transfusions once every two weeks," he continued.

Furthermore, the wife referred to Lucky Widja as a good husband, especially when he played the role of a father for his children.

"He is so nice, he is so sorry for us, especially for his son, he is so sorry. He will do anything for his son," said Sharuna.

"He really tried to please us all. Actually we already have a plan, in July we will go together, abroad," he added.

Meanwhile, Lucky Widja was buried in one grave with his father. "Because this is a funeral that we know, and on top of his father (stacked). Mas Lucky is also very sorry for his father. So just think about meeting again," concluded Sharuna.
