Constant Dispute Is the Reason for the Divorce of Marissa Anita and Andrew Trigg
JAKARTA - The reason behind the divorce of actress Marissa Anita and Andrew Trigg has finally been revealed. Public Relations of the Central Jakarta District Court, Sunoto, revealed that the main reason for their separation was the ongoing dispute.
"The divorce was based on the grounds of continuous disagreement and it was impossible to expect peace," Sunoto told the media, Monday, January 26.
This argument is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975 Article 19, which is the basis for the consideration of the panel of judges in granting the divorce lawsuit.
With the ongoing dispute, the hope of being able to live together as husband and wife is considered impossible.
Apart from the cause of divorce, it was also revealed that in this ruling there was no discussion at all about the property of the husband and wife.
"For gono-gini, it seems that gono-gini does not exist," said Sunoto.
Likewise with child custody, which is also not part of the lawsuit. "There is also no child," he added.
This indicates that the main focus of Marissa Anita's lawsuit is purely on the status of divorce. Matters of property and other things have likely been settled privately outside the court.
