Launch One Data RI, Minister of Home Affairs Can Speed Up the Development of Red and White Kopdes Shops

JAKARTA - Minister of Cooperatives (Menkop) Ferry Juliantono welcomed the launch of the Indonesia One Data Collaboration initiated by the Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN)/Bappenas, Jakarta, on Monday, January 26.

"Alhamdulillah today we are witnesses to history, the beginning of the philosophy and ideology of the state that will be implemented again in our roadmap or road map to Golden Indonesia, which may not be in 2045, but it could be faster because there is One Data," said the Coordinating Minister in his remarks at the Launch of the Indonesian One Data Collaboration, Monday, January 26.

Ferry said he was optimistic that One Data would accelerate the construction of more than 80,000 physical warehouses, outlets, and equipment for the Red and White Village/Village Cooperative (Kopdes).

He admitted that he had found difficulties in the development of more than 80,000 Kopdes Merah Putih, which had been mandated through Presidential Instruction (Inpres) No. 9 of 2025.

Ferry, for example, found difficulties, among others, when he needed data related to the number of heads of households who had used daily necessities, such as 3 kilogram LPG gas, and subsidized fertilizer in a certain village or sub-district.

In response to the need for integrated data, Ferry said that he had previously conducted a number of experiments to create a more precise application.

Then he said that other steps had also been taken such as data collection through numerator to analysis techniques that utilize artificial intelligence or artificial intelligent (AI).

He also conveyed that currently the validity of data is very necessary so that it is not used by irresponsible parties.

This, said the Minister of Home Affairs, must be anticipated with collaborative work across ministries/institutions.

"If there is no collaborative work, then for example, the problem with data and databases is that the problem is the low validity to the data's variance," said Ferry.
