Strengthen Service in Central Java, Jaecoo Presents 3S Dealers in Semarang

JAKARTA - Jaecoo Indonesia continues to strengthen its position in the national automotive market, by continuing to expand its dealer network. Most recently, Jaecoo Semarang was officially present, which is managed by PT Mitra Pratama Mobilindo.

This dealer comes with a 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) service concept to provide a comprehensive Jaecoo vehicle ownership experience for consumers in the Semarang area and its surroundings.

The presence of this dealer is also part of the 25 Jaecoo dealers that have been operating in various regions of Indonesia, as a manifestation of Jaecoo's commitment to expanding the national service reach.

Business Unit Director Jaecoo Indonesia, Jim Ma, said this dealer is part of the company's long-term strategy in strengthening the national service network.

"The opening of this dealer is an important step in expanding consumer access to Jaecoo products and services, as well as strengthening our network which has now reached 25 dealers throughout Indonesia. We want to ensure that every customer gets a complete ownership experience, from sales to after-sales, with global quality standards," he said, in an official statement received, Sunday, January 25.

Strategically located at Jl. Madukoro No. 4-5, Komp PRPP Puri Anjasmoro, Semarang, the Jaecoo Semarang dealer stands on an area of 2,467 square meters with a building area of 1,694 square meters. This facility is designed to provide comfort while reflecting Jaecoo's global standards in sales and after-sales services.

As a 3S concept dealer, Jaecoo Semarang has been equipped with a charging station facility, as well as a workshop area consisting of 3 service repair bays, 1 washing bay, and 1 tire alignment bay. With this configuration, each service bay can serve up to 3 vehicles per day, so that vehicle maintenance processes can run optimally and efficiently.

Jim added, Jaecoo Semarang dealers have also been equipped with environmentally friendly Service Car units. This car is ready to serve consumers and also carry out repairs on-site. The service car unit used is J7 SHS-P.

"We use the J7 SHS-P unit with seamless technology that is prepared in such a way. This service car does not use compressors from fossil fuels. Then all cordless tools use electricity. V2L technology is used to supply all electric equipment," said Jim.
