Win SLE 2026, Bank Jakarta is Superior from the Mobile Banking Side

JAKARTA - Bank Jakarta won the Golden Champion in Satisfaction, Loyalty, & Engagement award for strengthening its service strategy and digital transformation focused on customers.

The award was received directly by the Director of Compliance of Bank Jakarta, Ateng Rivai, in Jakarta, Thursday, January 22, 2026.

This achievement places Bank Jakarta as The 2nd Best Region Bank in Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement 2026.

In detail, Bank Jakarta won a number of awards, namely, The Best Region Bank in Marketing Engagement, Customer Centricity, and Brand Interactivity.

This regional bank is also considered superior in ATM services, mobile banking, customer loyalty, and transaction security perceptions.

Ateng Rivai said that the award reflects Bank Jakarta's success in maintaining customer confidence in the midst of increasingly competitive banking industry competition.

"This achievement is a motivation and responsibility for us to continue to improve the quality of services, strengthen digital innovation, and ensure the reliability and security of the banking system while upholding the principles of compliance and governance," he said.

The Infobank SLE 2026 award itself is given based on independent research that measures customer satisfaction, loyalty, and attachment to banking services, including the quality of digital channels, ATM networks, and transaction security.
