Divorce and Law of KAP Auditors, Issues of Professional Governance Emerge

JAKARTA - The auditor of the AAJ Public Accounting Office which is affiliated with the RSM Indonesia network, Alpriado Osmond, is again facing a divorce lawsuit from his wife with the initials C.

The lawsuit was recorded at the Tangerang District Court with case number 26/Pdt.G/2026/PN Tng.

The first trial of this case was postponed due to the absence of the defendant and his lawyer.

The court scheduled the next hearing on January 29, 2026.

This case completes a series of legal issues that previously ensnared Alpriado.

In July 2024, the Tangerang PN convicted the person concerned of being guilty in the KDRT case with a probationary criminal sentence.

Apart from the civil and criminal cases, Alpriado was also reported to the North Jakarta Metro Police for alleged intimidation and violence against his wife's family at the end of 2025.

The incident was a public concern after the video went viral on social media.

This case has brought into focus the ethical, compliance, and governance aspects of the accounting services profession, which places personal integrity as one of the foundations of public trust.
