Starting from Character, Nayla Purnama's Baking Hobby Brings Her to Everyday Life
JAKARTA - Actress Nayla Purnama got a pleasant experience while filming her latest family film with the Starvision production house, Monday, learning how to make bread.
Nayla who plays Tasha admitted that she started learning how to make cakes during the script reading process. He admitted that he didn't understand the business of making cakes at all.
"Oh, that's really exciting! So I learned baking quite a long time while reading. It just so happens that I'm not a kitchen kid, so I don't know how," said Nayla Purnama in Central Jakarta, Tuesday, January 20.
In this film, Nayla is accompanied by a special bread maker to make cromboloni bread which indeed requires special expertise in making it.
"We have a coach, a baking coach who is actually called to teach how to make it. I made Cromboloni bread, a little spoiler," said Nayla.
"I make Cromboloni bread, which is where I need to form the Cromboloni, it takes special expertise," he continued.
Fortunately, after trying to make it several times, Nayla finally became more natural in making bread even though she still lacked confidence in the taste she made.
"If it's from the feeling, yeah, it's okay, it's just that the artists are also trying to be actors, so they can all act even though it doesn't taste good," said Nayla.
"But how do you make the audience believe that oh Tasha really likes and can bake," he continued.
Uniquely, Tasha's character's expertise in making cakes is carried by Nayla into her daily life.
"It's really exciting! And even now I like to make cakes because of Tasha," he concluded.
