Condition Improving, Jaja Miharja No Longer Uses Wheelchair

Jaja Miharja brings positive news regarding his health condition after undergoing intensive treatment at the hospital at the end of last year.

The multitalented artist who started his career as a singer stated that his condition is gradually improving and has begun to be able to leave the wheelchair, although he must be assisted with a cane for daily activities.

The man, who is familiarly called Father Jaja, said that since his return from the hospital a month ago, the narrowing of the blood vessels in his legs, which forced him to use a wheelchair, has now gradually improved.

"Yes, it's good, now I can walk normally. Usually I use a wheelchair," Jaja told the media in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, Monday, January 19.

Even though it looks more cheerful and "fresh", Jaja admits that his struggle to recover is still ongoing.

One thing that must be done is to take a lot of medicines every day. In a small bag he carried, the man known for the song "Love of Bath Soap" showed a row of drugs that must be taken regularly.

"If it's 16 in the morning, 11 in the afternoon. Dad remembers what the drugs are. There are blood thinners, all kinds of things," said Jaja while showing the drugs to be consumed.

"Nah ini buat entar nih, malam. Tadi pagi udah, sama siang belum nih," lanjutnya.

Regarding diet, Jaja admitted that he was under strict supervision from the medical team. He was asked to avoid some of his favorite foods, one of which was durian.

Even though the amount of medicine consumed is considered a lot, the 81-year-old man admitted that he never felt bored. The full support of his children helped him recover.

For Jaja, the desire to entertain the public again is the biggest motivation to recover. Now, he regularly goes to the hospital to monitor his condition.

He also hopes for the prayers of the community that he can soon return to being active on the screen. "Alhamdulillah. Just pray that Dad Jaja is healthy, can be active again, can entertain again," he concluded.
