Prabowo Continues to Lancaster House, Meets Indonesian and British Entrepreneurs

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto continued his second agenda in London, England, on Tuesday by visiting Lancaster House for a bilateral meeting with British Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy and a delegation of Indonesian and British entrepreneurs.

Reported by ANTARA, Prabowo arrived at Lancaster House at 12.58 London time, Tuesday, January 20, after completing a one-on-one meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the British PM's Office, 10 Downing Street.

In the courtyard of Lancaster House - a mansion near Buckingham Palace, President Prabowo was greeted by British Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Anindya Novyan Bakrieserta a number of state officials who had arrived earlier than the President.

President Prabowo together with David Lammy, was followed by officials from Indonesia and the United Kingdom. The business delegation from the two countries then walked into the meeting room.

The meeting at Lancaster House was held in the format of a working lunch. The Indonesian government delegation together with the business delegation sat face to face with the British government delegation and the British business delegation.

President Prabowo is in the middle (center) position and faces Deputy PM David Lammy. On the left side of President Prabowo, in order, there is the Minister of Investment and Industrialization/CEO Danantara Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto, CIO Danantara Pandu Patria Sjahrir, then a line of Indonesian entrepreneurs, namely Hilmi Panigoro, Chairman of the Indonesian Business Association (Apindo) Shinta Widjaja Kamdani, Andika, and Alvin Suriaatmadja.

Then, on the right side of President Prabowo, there is Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Anindya Bakrie, and a number of Indonesian conglomerates, namely James Riady, Michael Sampoerna, Martin Hartono, and Michael Widjaja.

Meanwhile, on the right side of the British Deputy Prime Minister, there is British parliamentarian Naz Shah, then a line-up from a delegation of entrepreneurs and company executives in the UK, namely Tim Reid, Ariel Flores, Jerome Frost, Saif Malik, Philippe Piron, and Jose Juan Corcia Palomo. Then, on the left side of the British Deputy Prime Minister, there is Rino Donosoepoetro, Seema Malhotra, David Lockwood, James Harris, Olivier Picard, Stuart Tait, and Phil Siveter.

The working lunch session lasted for more than an hour. All meetings and discussions in the room were closed to journalists.
