The Attorney General's Office Investigates 28 Companies Whose Licenses Were Withdrawn in Connection with PKH

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office revealed that it was developing and studying the revocation of the permits of 28 companies related to forest area enforcement.

This was conveyed briefly by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin after attending the Forest Area Forestry Task Force (PKH Task Force) Press Conference, at the Presidential Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, January 20.

As previously announced, the government revoked the permits of 28 companies that were judged to have violated the use of forest areas and natural resources.

Burhanuddin also conveyed that if the violation could be charged, ranging from fines to criminal penalties.
