The moment took place when Prabowo had just arrived to fulfill an invitation for a bilateral meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Tuesday afternoon, local time.
Reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 20, after getting out of the black Presidential sedan, President Prabowo, wearing his typical gray suit and black turban, was greeted directly by PM Keir Starmer on the red carpet to his office.
The two appeared to shake hands tightly, while exchanging conversations and posing for a moment in front of the media crew's camera, which continued to capture the historic moment.
Larry who has inhabited the area since 2011, as if he did not want to miss welcoming President Prabowo as a guest in the country.
Amid the flurry of camera flashes, Larry was seen walking casually on the side of the sidewalk, just a few meters away from the two leaders.
President Prabowo's interest was also apparent when President Prabowo's eyes were drawn to the gray-white-haired cat, before stepping into the building.
With a slight smile and pointing to Larry, the President seemed to notice Larry's movements as he casually walked across the reception area.
PM Starmer was aware of this and had a brief chat while pointing to the legendary cat before finally inviting President Prabowo to enter his office.
President Prabowo's arrival at 10 Downing Street was President Prabowo's first official agenda in the series of visits to London, England.
