Garena Holds Two New Tournaments: Free Fire Battle Rush Series and Ramadan Cup 2026

JAKARTA - In addition to the Free Fire Nusantara Series (FFNS) 2026 Spring, Garena also introduced two other competitions, namely the Free Fire Battle Rush Series 2026 and the Free Fire Ramadan Cup 2026.

The Battle Rush Series will begin on January 31, 2026. The tournament, which takes place for three weeks, every Saturday and Sunday, is a warm-up event for the Indonesian team that will compete in the FFNS 2026 Spring and FFWS SEA 2026 Spring.

This tournament was attended by 12 professional and semi-professional teams, including RRQ Kazu, EVOS Divine, Shadow Esports, and SMAN 5 Ambon - the winner of the 2025 Garena Youth Championship.

Meanwhile, the 2026 Ramadan Cup will bring together 18 teams from four countries - Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malaysia, and Indonesia - with a total prize of 25,000 US dollars (Rp423 million). This online tournament takes place on February 21-28, 2026.

Each participating team is an invited team as well as a team that has passed the local qualification. However, from Indonesia Bigetron by Vitality and ONIC will participate as an invited team.

This tournament will be held on February 21-28, 2026, starting with the Knockout Stage on February 21-23. All teams will be divided into three groups containing six teams, and each group will meet twice in a five-round match. So, each team will play a total of 10 rounds of matches in this round.

The top 12 teams from the Knockout Stage standings will qualify for the Grand Finals on February 28, 2026. In this round, the match will use the Champion Rush format in a maximum of 10 rounds.
