Three Experts Fulfill the Call of the Metro Jaya Police in the Case of the False Degree Allegation of Jokowi

JAKARTA - Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauzia Tyassuma presented a number of witnesses and experts who relieved the report of the case of the alleged fake diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

"There should be three witnesses to be examined, then there are seven experts, but of the three witnesses, it happens that they are currently in Solo to be witnesses in the Citizen Lawsuit at the Surakarta District Court," said Roy Suryo's lawyer and friends, Refly Harun at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday.

Then of the seven experts who were summoned, three people fulfilled the call of the Metro Jaya Police today.

The three experts, namely Prof. Tono Saksono (geodetic measurement expert) who will explain that what Rismon Sianipar and Roy Suryo are doing is something that is "proven".

"After he did the same thing based on his expertise," he said.

Then, Professor Zainal Muttaqin, a neurosurgeon, with a functional neurologist sub-specialist who will provide expert testimony for Doctor Tifauzia Tyassuma.

"That science can indeed be used to assess behavior and so on and more clearly it is in Jokowi's White Paper," said Refly.

Next is Professor Henri Subiakto who is a communication expert who was also involved in the making of the ITE (Information and Electronic Transactions) Law.

"He will explain that the imposition of articles of the ITE Law with a threat of more than 5 years in prison is not appropriate," he said.

Then he also mentioned that experts who have not been able to meet the call are Rocky Gerung, Hamidah, Didik Wijayanto and Rido Rahmadi.

"So that's what the witnesses and experts will attend, both today and later until the end of January," said Refly.

Polda Metro Jaya has scheduled expert and witness examinations submitted by Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauzia Tyassuma.
