Besides Madiun, the KPK held an OTT in Pati and examined Bupati Sudewo   

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also held a hand-in-hand operation (OTT) in Pati Regency, Central Java today. Information obtained by the Regent of Pati Sudewo alias Sudewa is currently being examined.

"Yes, later we will update the development. Whoever is secured, whoever is examined, we will convey it," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters at the KPK Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, January 19.

Budi did not specify the parties who were examined at Pati, Central Java. Likewise, regarding the news that Sudewo was also caught in this activity.

He only confirmed the existence of the hand-in-hand event. "This is also what we will still convey later," he said.

"Regarding the incident of being caught in this pati area, related to what the case is, what the construction is like, who the parties are who are secured, we will convey it later," continued Budi.

The KPK also held an OTT in the Madiun area, East Java. Nine people were taken to Jakarta for further investigation, including the Mayor of Madiun Maidi.

The suspicion is that there is a project and CSR bribe in Madiun City. It has not been explained who the suspect is, but the KPK has 1x24 hours to determine the legal status of the party who was secured.
