Apple is set to release iOS 27, here's the estimated release date

Apple is scheduled to announce its latest operating system, iOS 27, at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June 2026.

Based on the pattern of the last five years, Apple is predicted to hold the big event in the first or second week of June. After the main presentation ends, a beta testing version will be available for application developers.

Registered developers will get the chance to experience new features in the OS through a public beta program in July 2026. This testing is done so that users can provide direct feedback to Apple.

This rigorous testing process is important to ensure system stability and user data security. If all stages of the trial run according to plan, iOS 27 will be launched in a stable version in September 2026.

Looking at the track record of iOS 16 to iOS 26 releases, Apple has consistently chosen a Monday in mid-September as the launch day. This usually coincides with the momentum of the announcement of the latest iPhone models that will be marketed globally.

The arrival of iOS 27 is expected to bring major innovations in Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration. Apple will also refine the user interface with a more intuitive display.
