PT BGR Logistik Indonesia Strengthens Services in Madura Region
PT BGR Logistik Indonesia (BLI) through the Surabaya Regional Office officially opened the Sumenep Area Office as part of the company's strategic steps in expanding the reach of services and strengthening operational presence in the Madura region and its surroundings.
The inauguration was attended by the Board of Directors of PT BGR Logistik Indonesia, namely Mr. Energy as Director of Finance, HR, and Business Support and Mr. Indra Iliana as Director of Commercial and Operations, along with the management team. Representatives of PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (PPI) as the parent company, as well as representatives from PT Garam, PT Rajawali Nusindo, PT Pupuk Indonesia and local stakeholders were also present. This inauguration is an important momentum in supporting the development of logistics services that are closer, responsive, and competitive in the region.
As part of the ID FOOD Food BUMN Holding ecosystem and under PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (PPI), PT BGR Logistik Indonesia continues to strengthen its role in supporting the smooth distribution and logistics services of the national economy, especially in supporting the supply chain of food and strategic commodities.
In his remarks, Energy said that the opening of this area office was not only focused on business development, but also strengthening the foundation of the organization in the region.
"We believe that the Sumenep and Madura regions in general have great and strategic economic potential. Therefore, the opening of this area office is expected to be a driver of efficient, integrated, and sustainable logistics business growth, as well as making a real contribution to regional economic development," he said, Friday, January 16.
Meanwhile, from the perspective of business and service development, Commercial and Operations Director of PT BGR Logistik Indonesia, Indra Iliana, emphasized that the presence of the Sumenep Area Office would strengthen relations with customers and business partners in the Madura region.
"The presence of the Sumenep Area Office is our strategic step to bring services closer to customers and business partners in the Madura region. With the region's great economic potential, we are optimistic that this area office can drive sustainable logistics business growth and strengthen synergies with stakeholders," he said.
