Inaugurated by Rano Karno, ERP Fusion PAM Jaya Officially Operates
JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno inaugurated the implementation of the Fusion PAM Jaya Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through a Go Live Ceremony held at the Corporate Learning Center (CLC), Buaran, East Jakarta.
The implementation of this system marks the start of full operation of ERP Fusion as the main platform for internal management of PAM Jaya.
ERP Fusion was launched as part of PAM Jaya's digital transformation efforts to integrate all work processes and company data into one integrated system. This system is expected to strengthen the effectiveness of piped drinking water services in Jakarta.
"This system is designed to capture and integrate all existing systems. This is an important foundation for PAM Jaya which continues to grow and targets 100 percent piped drinking water services by 2029," said Rano, Kamsi, January 15.
Rano assessed that the presence of ERP Fusion answered the problem of data integration and work processes that previously ran separately internally. With an integrated system, all operational activities are expected to run more efficiently and measurable.
He also emphasized that the implementation of ERP is not only related to technology, but also changes in work patterns in the PAM Jaya environment.
"ERP Fusion must be the driving force for improving team performance and strengthening the quality of services to Jakarta residents," he said.
The launch of ERP Fusion is also part of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's support for the digital transformation of regional business entities (BUMD), especially in encouraging more professional and transparent corporate governance.
PAM Jaya President Director Arief Nasrudin said that ERP Fusion is an update of an Oracle Fusion-based system designed to improve the efficiency and accountability of corporate management.
"With ERP, all processes are interconnected. Starting from accounting to vendor invoice exchange, once it enters the system, the process runs automatically and can be checked across divisions," said Arief.
According to Arief, the cloud-based system allows all workflows to run end-to-end, while minimizing the potential for administrative errors that often occur in manual systems.
"Now the data is neat, pure, and integrated. The process of migrating data is very large, but this is an important part so that in the future the PAM Jaya system will be more accountable and prudent," he added.
