NCT Jisung Returns to Acting, Joins Crash 2 Drama
JAKARTA - NCT Jisung will return to acting after debuting as a child actor. He was confirmed to join the latest Korean drama, Crash 2.
Wednesday, January 14, SM Entertainment stated, "Jisung will appear in the second season of the Korean drama Crash."
Jisung will play Ji Dae Sae, the newest member of TCI (Traffic Crime Investigation). He is known as the visual in the department who has hapkido and taekwondo skills and hides something in him.
Crash is a Korean drama that tells the story of a traffic case investigation. This drama is the first Korean drama to raise this theme and is starring Lee Min Ki, Kwak Sun Young, Heo Sung Tae, and others.
Its first season aired in May 2025 and became the third drama with the highest rating during the broadcast of the Korean television station, ENA. Then, they confirmed the second season last August.
This drama is Jisung's return to acting. Before debuting as a member of the group NCT Dream, Jisung was a child actor who starred in dramas and films. Jisung acted in Tree with Deep Roots and the film Unbowed.
On the other hand, Jisung and NCT Dream are promoting their latest album, Beat It Up with the main track of the same name.
With the latest album, NCT Dream has again set a new record in their musical career.
