Caviar to Gold Coin Dessert, This is the Food Menu at the 2026 Golden Globes

This year is the third year that Nobu has been entrusted to serve special food at the Golden Globes. This is because the dishes are always unique, with a fresh umami taste mix with authentic Japanese culinary techniques, as well as Western food touches.

For this year's appetizer, dishes are served from Yellowtail Jalapeno. This menu combines yellow tail fish or amberjack fish served with slices of jalapeno, garlic, coriander leaves, and a fresh sour touch from yuzu-ponzu.

Then there is the caviar cup, where each guest gets a small bowl of caviar from beluga fish that is specially served as a complement at the event.

Not only that, Chef Nobu also serves miso soup mixed with black cod. Black cod is first roasted after being marinated with miso.

For the refreshing menu, Nobu serves lobster salad with spicy lemon sauce. The sweet taste of fresh lobster meets the spicy sour touch that can increase appetite.

The dinner menu is of course inseparable from Nobu's identity as a Japanese chef. He also serves various nigiri, such as salmon nigiri, tuna, and Tai Matsuhisa nigiri which are his signature menu.

For the dessert menu, there is White Chocolate Mousse which is combined with Pistachio sponge cake. Not to forget also the Ceremonial Matcha Cake which is decorated with Golden Nobu Coin or gold coins to add luxury to the menu.
