Grab Indonesia Disburses IDR 100 Billion for BPJS Employment and BHR Mitra

JAKARTA - Grab Indonesia has launched "Grab for Indonesia", a new initiative worth Rp100 billion, to provide ongoing support for all Grab partners in the country.

The "Grab for Indonesia" program is carried out in three rounds. The first round is the provision of free BPJS Employment for the most successful driver partners.

In the second round, Grab will again provide a holiday assistance (BHR) 2026 or specifically for high-achieving partners, and the third round is the launch of the Partner Upgrade program run through Grab Academy, which is designed to develop the skills of partners in capturing new opportunities in the digital era.

Grab Indonesia CEO, Neneng Goenadi, stated that this program is focused on strengthening social protection, improving welfare, and developing the capacity of partners in the digital economy era.

"So all of these initiatives are Grab's efforts to build a safe, inclusive, and sustainable ecosystem," Neneng said in a statement at the Grab Indonesia press conference: Support for Driver Partners in 3 Phases on Tuesday, January 13.

Neneng said that this is a long-term commitment which is in line with President Prabowo Subianto's direction in strengthening social protection for digital economic actors.

"All of these steps can be made possible by maintaining the sustainability of the partnership model and the revenue sharing structure that is already in place," he added.
