984 Flood Victims in North Jakarta Still Displaced at the Refugee Post

JAKARTA - A total of 984 North Jakarta residents who were affected by flooding from a number of points are still displaced at different evacuation posts.

Head of the BPBD DKI Jakarta Information and Data Center, M. Yohan, said the number came from different evacuation centers in North Jakarta.

From the flood location in Kalibaru Village, North Jakarta, there are 68 residents still displaced in the RW 13 community service building.

Then, at the flood location of the Semper Barat Village, Cilincing, North Jakarta, there were 625 refugees who occupied the Embrio Apartment.

"At the Bengkel Mobil Gading Griya Lestari evacuation post, there are 91 refugees from flood victims in Sukapura Village, North Jakarta," he said.

Meanwhile, from the location of the flood that hit Lagoa Village, North Jakarta, there are two different evacuation posts, namely at the Al Barokah Mosque and the RW 05 Secretariat.

"Refugees at the Al Barokah Mosque are 10 households consisting of 20 people and in the RW secretariat there are 2 households consisting of 5 people," he said.

Meanwhile, from the flood location in the Warakas Village area, North Jakarta, there are 3 evacuation posts.

"At the evacuation post of the Baiturrahim mosque, there are 30 people, the Miftahulsalam mosque has 120 people and the Al Wasilatul Iman mosque has 25 refugees," he said.

Previously reported, heavy rain that hit the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings since Monday, January 12, 2026, still left puddles of flood in 13 RT areas of North Jakarta on Tuesday, January 13, morning.

"There are still 13 RT flooded, namely 1 RT in the Kalibaru Village area with a water height of 30 cm due to high rainfall," said the Head of the BPBD DKI Jakarta Data Center, M. Yohan when confirmed.
