Soetta Airport Direction Toll Road Still Flooded

JAKARTA - The Directorate of Traffic of the Polda Metro Jaya said that waterlogging still occurred on the Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta) toll road on Tuesday morning, resulting in traffic flow to and from the airport being hampered.

"The traffic flow arrangement at the Cengkareng Toll Gate, which continues to ramp Rawa Bokor, has a puddle of about 10-15 cm," said Head of Traffic Police, Traffic Police, Polda Metro Jaya, Kompol Dhanar Dhono Vernandhie, in his statement in Jakarta, Tuesday.

Due to the flooding, vehicle traffic from Soetta Airport to Jakarta and vice versa slowed down.

"The traffic flow situation from Soetta to Jakarta and vice versa, from Jakarta to Soetta, is stalled due to waterlogging," he said.

Dhanar also reported the current flood conditions on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 09.15 WIB, namely there were two flood points in the Jakarta area.

"Km 31.4A water height 10-15 cm and Keluaran Rawa Bokor water height 10-15 cm, can still be crossed by vehicles, including sedans, but slowed down," said Dhanar.

Meanwhile, through an X upload on the official @TMCPoldaMetro account, at 10.15 WIB, a 15 cm deep puddle was seen soaking the Sedyatmo Toll Road, specifically at the Rawa Bokor Off Ramp.

"The traffic flow situation towards Soekarno-Hatta Airport is observed to be crowded and tends to be dense due to puddles, and drivers are advised to be careful when passing," the account wrote.
