BAPI Strengthens Health-Education Business, Targets Synergy to Global Market

JAKARTA - PT Bhakti Agung Propertindo Tbk (BAPI) strengthens its integrated business strategy by strengthening management in the health and education sectors. This step is taken to strengthen operational fundamentals while expanding the company's long-term growth sources.

BAPI's Investment Director, Edi Suyitno, said that the strengthening was in line with the company's expansion strategy through the acquisition and development of strategic assets, including the Bhakti Asih Karang Tengah General Hospital (RSU) which is one of the largest hospitals in the Tangerang area.

"RS Bhakti Asih is currently also developing an integrated health campus with the latest medical facilities and equipment," he said.

Apart from the health services sector, BAPI is developing the Bhakti Asih Tangerang University which currently has around 1,200 students.

The development of the integrated health campus is aimed at creating an integrated ecosystem between health services and medical education.

On the other hand, BAPI also opens opportunities for cooperation with foreign investors in the fields of health and health education.

The Company is exploring collaboration on medical personnel fulfillment for the Australian market and the Middle East region.

Management is optimistic that the synergy between the hospital business and health education will be a driving force for sustainable performance while increasing added value for shareholders.
