Revealed at the Trial, Misri Received Rp35 Million from Kompol Yogi

MATARAM - Misri who testified in a closed trial of the murder of Brigadier Muhammad Nurhadidi, the Mataram District Court, West Nusa Tenggara, revealed that he received a payment of around Rp. 35 million from the defendant Kompol I Made Yogi Purusa Utama.

"In essence, in the indictment letter, it was Rp. 10 million a day, it turned out to be Rp. 35 million, the defendant Yogi who gave Misri Rp. 35 million," said Budi Mukhlish, representing the public prosecutor's team, on the sidelines of the panel of judges postponing the trial at the Mataram District Court, Monday, January 12.

He explained that the Rp35 million was received by Misri gradually. First, Misri received a money transfer via transfer worth Rp2 million. Then Rp10 million in cash when meeting on Gili Trawangan.

"(Money) Rp10 million was given for the house contract, the remaining Rp10 million was given because it did not come home for two days. So, it was around Rp35 million," he said.

In addition, the defendant Yogi in the trial for the witness Misri was said to have given money to the defendant's dating friend Gde Aris Candra Widianto as much as Rp. 5.5 million.

Due to the difference in Misri's statements, between the indictment letter and the testimony before the panel of judges under oath, Budi emphasized that his party would confront Misri with Meylani Putri, who was also present in the hearing with a separate time.

The panel of judges headed by Lalu Moh. Sandi Iramaya previously stated that the trial with the agenda of examining witnesses Misri and Meylani Putri was held in closed session.

The judge stated this by considering the existence of immorality in the murder case of Brigadier General Muhammad Nurhadi.

The panel of judges decided this based on the provisions of Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) and the Supreme Court Regulation (Perma) concerning women facing the law.

Misri, who is Kompol Yogi's dating friend, in this case is referred to by the prosecutor as a crown witness because he was at the scene when the victim was abused until he died with fatal injuries, namely bleeding on the back of the head and broken the base of the tongue.

The prosecutor presented Misri and Meylani Putri at the next hearing along with three others, namely two witnesses from the police and another who works as a fast boat captain, Gilang Arif Agustian.

The two police officers, the head of the Central Lombok Police Criminal Investigation Unit, who was still carrying out his duties as the head of the North Lombok Police Criminal Investigation Unit, namely Punguan Hutahaean and Surya Irawan, members of the NTB Police Bidpropam.

By presenting five witnesses in the continuation of the trial for the death of Brigadier General Nurhadi, the public prosecutor for the first time presented three witnesses before the panel of judges, namely Punguan Hutahaean, Surya Irawan, and Gilang Arif Agustian.

Brigadier General Muhammad Nuhadi was allegedly killed while staying with the two defendants and witness Misri with Meylani Putri on Gili Trawangan.

The location of the incident was at the place where Kompol Yogi stayed with Misri at Villa Tekek The Beach House Resort, Gili Trawangan.
