Suzuki e-Access Can Be Ordered, Price Touch Rp35 Million

JAKARTA - Suzuki Motorcycle India officially opened the pre-order of its first electric scooter, the e-Access, which can be obtained at all dealer networks.

Quoting from the Gaadiwaadi website, Monday, January 12, Suzuki also introduced a new dual tone color option Metallic Mat Stellar Blue or Metallic Mat Fibroin Gray.

Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India, Kenichi Umeda, said e-Access represents Suzuki's first global strategic battery electric vehicle. This vehicle offers a long-lasting battery, agile control, smooth acceleration, and high quality and completion.

"With every element carefully designed to make ownership easy, enjoyable, and worry-free, we remain 'On Your Side', supporting customers throughout their electric mobility journey," he said.

Developed based on Suzuki e-Technology, e-Access undergoes strict global testing standards including immersion testing, vibration, extreme temperatures, and battery safety.

The scooter uses a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery that offers up to four times longer battery life compared to conventional NMC batteries according to the brand. For a range of up to 95 km based on IDC testing (Indian Driving Cycle).

The standard 240W charging, the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent takes 4 hours 30 minutes, while charging to full takes about 6 hours 42 minutes.

Talking about the price, this motorcycle is priced at 188,000 rupees or around Rp35 million.
