Israel Bombs South Lebanon Village as Ceasefire Continues

JAKARTA - Israel carried out a series of attacks on the village of Kfar Hatta in southern Lebanon, last night.

Citing Al Jazeera, Monday, January 12, the attack was carried out after an evacuation warning was announced.

Israel justified the attack, which was carried out amid a ceasefire it had agreed with Hezbollah, as a military operation.

Israel claimed to target Hezbollah infrastructure in the attack.

The United Nations is known to have stated that Israeli forces have committed more than 10,000 violations of the air and land ceasefires in Lebanon since November 2024.
