Three Tax Officers Are Suspects, DJP Emphasizes Respect for the Legal Process
JAKARTA - The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) stated that it respected and fully supported the steps taken by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in carrying out the law enforcement process.
Based on the results of the press conference, the KPK has named five people as suspects, three of whom are officials or employees at the North Jakarta Sub-Tax Office (KPP).

DJP will continue to coordinate with the KPK to investigate thoroughly any individual civil servants involved and if found guilty, it will impose the maximum possible sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations," he said in his statement, Sunday, January 11.
