Honda Launches UC3 Electric Motorcycle in Thailand, Price Touches This
JAKARTA - Thailand is a promising market for Honda, evidenced by the Japanese brand officially launching a new electric motorcycle called UC3, which makes it an interesting choice to accompany your routine.
Citing the Greatbikers website, Sunday, January 11, the electric motorcycle is designed to be a true transportation partner for modern people because it comes with the latest design, up to high safety standards.
In appearance, the Honda UC3 is based on a concept of advanced functionality that emphasizes simplicity but is modern. The design is characterized by three aspects, namely simplicity, warmth and modernity. The body structure features a Fastback Body Design with a horizontal Lamp Post, a hallmark of Honda's electric vehicles.
Talking about performance and electrical braking systems, this motor uses a newly developed high-performance electric motor, producing a maximum power of 6.0 kW and a continuous power of 4.4 kW, with a maximum torque of 22 Nm. Even this motor can reach a maximum speed of 80 km/h and a maximum range of 122 km on a single charge.
The vehicle uses an LFP type battery, which emphasizes durability and safety, meets UNR136 standards and has an IP67 water and dust resistance rating.
The bike is already equipped with a standard 450W charger, which takes about 4 hours to charge from 30-80 percent and 9 hours to fully charge from 0-100 percent. A 1200W charger is available as an option, reducing charging time to 1.5 hours for 30-80 percent charging and 4 hours for full charging.
The Honda UC3 frame has been redesigned specifically for electric vehicles to accommodate battery weight, increase rigidity, and improve driving stability. The vehicle is also equipped with an air conditioning system.
In terms of features, the Honda UC3 is equipped with a 5-inch TFT instrument panel, Honda RoadSync system, Honda Smart Key, USB Type-C charging port, and a large U-Box to store luggage and various items.
