Lazio Officially Signs Kenneth Taylor from Ajax
JAKARTA - Italian League club Lazio announced that midfielder Kenneth Taylor from Dutch League club Ajax was their new recruit in the winter transfer market.
Quoting Antara, Taylor, who was brought in on a permanent status from Ajax, has signed a long-term contract.
Lazio completed the transfer of the 23-year-old after a personal agreement was reached and Taylor passed a medical with the Biancoceleste.
Taylor became the second player brought in by Lazio in the winter transfer window after striker Petar Ratkov from Austrian League club RB Salzburg.
Taylor is expected to help Lazio compete for a place in next season's European competition.
Taylor is a product of the Ajax academy and made it into the first team in 2020.
During his time at Ajax, Taylor has appeared in 184 matches to make 36 goals and 27 assists.
Taylor also led Ajax to win the Dutch League in 2021 and 2022 and the Dutch Cup in 2021. He won the 2019 U-17 Euro with the Netherlands.
Taylor has also already defended the Dutch senior national team which debuted on September 22, 2022.
