Dinda Hauw remembers the film "Bidadari Surga" after giving birth to her first child

Max Pictures presents Bidadari Surga, the latest film from director Indra Gunawan. Rey Mbayang and Dinda Hauw are paired as the main cast for this film.

Dinda Hauw feels relieved that the film finally premiered, because she had questioned her acting which caused the film to not be released.

"Honestly, I didn't expect anything from this film because "Why isn't it airing, is my acting bad, is the story bad?" but when I heard the film would be released," said Dinda Hauw at a press conference in South Jakarta on Friday, January 9.

"When I saw the story, the editing had changed from when I was filming, the result was satisfactory," he said.

Furthermore, Dinda recalled the process of filming the film Bidadari Surga after she gave birth to her first child in June 2021. This made Rey Mbayang's wife feel very grateful.

"It was just the birth of the first child so there was a feeling of baby blues, but it was possible to get (the character) like that," continued Dinda Hauw.

"Alhamdulilah, maybe because the shooting time is often 'hit' by mas Indra and we can get into Opan and Nadia so on character," he said again.

Bidadari Surga tells the story of Opan (Rey Mbayang), a YouTuber prank who makes strange social experiments. One day he was enchanted by Nadia (Dinda Hauw) and wanted to propose to her, but Opan got a ban from Nadia's father who was a Kiai (Indro Warkop).

The film Bidadari Surga will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting January 15, 2026.
