Adly Fairuz Allegedly Used the Position of General to Convince the Akpol Admission Victim

JAKARTA - A unique modus operandi was revealed behind the alleged fraud case involving Adly Fairuz. The actor is suspected of using the pseudonym "General Ahmad" to convince his victims.

This fact was revealed by lawyer Dr. Farly Lumopa, who at first also did not know who the figure of "General Ahmad" was.

Farly said that the intermediary named Agung Wahyono admitted to having handed over Rp. 3.65 billion to a general.

"Agung Wahyono said that the money had been handed over to General Ahmad," said Farly.

Curious, Farly asked to be directly met by the general. The meeting was arranged at a mall in South Jakarta.

How surprised Farly was when he found out that the "General Ahmad" in question was Adly Fairuz.

"When I met him, I said where is General Ahmad? I was shocked there, loh, General Ahmad is Adly Fairuz?" he recalled.

According to Agung's explanation, the name "Ahmad" was taken from Adly Fairuz's middle name, namely Aldi Ahmad Fairuz. The goal is to give the impression that he has connections and the power to be able to let someone get into the police.

In addition to using a pseudonym, Adly Fairuz is also said to have claimed to be the grandson of a former ruler in Indonesia.

"He claimed to be his grandson," said Farly.

Although Farly already knew that it was just a trick, he didn't bother about it at that time. His main focus was how his client's money could be returned.
