The salary of Ad Hoc Judges is guaranteed to increase, Mensesneg said it will be calculated separately

BOGOR - The Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi revealed the certainty of a salary increase for ad hoc judges. This was conveyed by Prasetyo Hadi after attending the Red and White Cabinet retreat in Hambalang, Bogor Regency, Tuesday, January 6.

Previously, there were protests from the Ad Hoc Judges Solidarity Forum, which would choose a strike option if the government did not pay attention to the increase in allowances in the near future.

The demand for an increase in allowances is related to Government Regulation (PP) Number 42 of 2025 concerning an increase in allowances covering judges to the head of the appellate court, does not include a salary increase for ad hoc judges.
