Case Files Of The Candipuro Police Assault Suspect Are Transferred, Except For The Village Head

JAKARTA - The police transferred the case files of 12 suspects in the Candipuro Police, South Lampung case to the prosecutor's office. The files were separated into five according to the role of each suspect.

"The South Lampung Police have transferred the case files for the destruction of the Candipuro Police to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) at the Kalianda District Prosecutor's Office in South Lampung for research," said Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Regional Police, Kombes Zahwani Pandra Arsyad in his statement, Friday, May 28.

Pandra detailed, for 3 suspects who were still underage, the case files were made into one part. Meanwhile, the other 9 suspects were separated into several files.

"Investigators sent 4 case files with 9 suspects," he said.

In this case there is still one suspect whose former case has not been transferred. The suspect has the initials DK, a village head.

Investigators are still working on finalizing the case file. Matters related to administration are still being completed.

"The case files with the DK suspect are still equipped by investigators to complete administrative investigations," said Pandra.

In the Candipuro Police Headquarters assault case, the police named 13 suspects. Some of them are minors.

In addition, there are also those who are fugitives in criminal cases. In fact, one of them is a village head.

The burning of Candipuro Police Headquarters, South Lampung by residents took place on Tuesday, May 18, at around 23.00 WIB.
