Icel Party Denies Good Faith from Anrez Adelio: "If There is Good Faith, It is Impossible to Report"
JAKARTA - The Icel party, alias Friceilda Prillea, through her lawyer, Santo Nababan, gave a strong rebuttal to the claims made by the Anrez Adelio camp.
They dismissed the narrative that Anrez had shown good faith to resolve the issue within the family before the case came to light.
"Yes, if there is good faith, it is impossible for the report to be Bang?" said Santo Nababan at the Metro Jaya Police, Tuesday, January 6.
According to him, if there is a serious effort to resolve it, then his client will not have to go through the legal process by making a police report.
"Until the LP happens, there is none," he said.
He also challenged Anrez to prove with whom they were communicating.
"Who was contacted? Who did he communicate with? That's it," he said.
Icel feels that communication has been cut off and there has been no real effort from Anrez to take responsibility.
"Yes, not only is it cut off, there is no communication," he countered.
Regarding the meeting which is said to have resulted in an agreement, Santo also denied it.
"He said there was no agreement. What agreement? If there is an agreement, there is black on white," he explained.
All claims from the Anrez party are requested to be proven directly in front of the investigators of the Polda Metro Jaya.
"Please just tell the investigators. That's in the realm of the Bang investigators," he said.
