No Good Faith, Suami Boiyen Officially Reported for Alleged Fraud and Embezzlement

JAKARTA - The feud between comedian Boiyen's husband, Rully Anggi Akbar alias RAA with an investor named Rio is now entering a new, more serious phase.

After the summons was ignored, Rio's party has officially made a Police Report (LP) against Boiyen's husband at the Polda Metro Jaya.

"For today we have done LP yes, at the Polda Metro Jaya. And thank God it was well received by the SPKT," said the lawyer for the reporter, Surya Hamdani at the Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, January 6.

The report is registered with the number STTLP/B/109/I/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA. RAA was reported for alleged acts of fraud and embezzlement.

"As for the articles we suspect, yes, there are two articles, Article 378 and Article 372," continued Surya.

With this article, Boiyen's husband is now threatened with a prison sentence of 4 years. This legal step was taken after the reporting party felt that there was no longer any good faith from RAA to resolve the problem.

The reporting party has submitted a number of strong evidence to investigators. "The evidence we submitted, the first is a proposal, the second is evidence of transfer, and the third is a contract," he explained.

The total losses suffered by the reporting party are estimated to have reached more than IDR 300 million. This figure includes investment capital and profits that have not been paid.

The decision to take this legal path was taken in order to obtain legal certainty.

"So that there is legal certainty, so that there is justice for our clients," said another lawyer, Santo Nababan.

This case started with an investment of IDR 200 million for RAA's culinary business. However, after four months, the promised profit sharing of IDR 6 million per month was completely stalled.
